Who are we?

The LAFONTAINE IMMOBILIER Agency was established in 1962 by Jacques LAFONTAINE at 12 Place du Château in JARNAC, in the former town theatre.

In 1985, his son Jean continued the activity by opening a second agency in COGNAC.

He developed the activity and became a reference, pledge of seriousness and professionalism.

Passionate about his profession, he developed the sale of luxury properties, numerous in the COGNAC area.

In 2005, Matthieu joined the company and diversified the activities.

He set up a third agency in 2007 on the “plateau” in ANGOULÊME, at 5 Place Francis Louvel.

Then, in response to the demand, he created a rental management service in order to manage his lessor customers’ properties.

Finally, in order to offer a full service and synergy between the activities, he set up a co-ownership trustee service.

This is how the LAFONTAINE IMMOBILIER Agency has supported its customers for three generations in all of their real estate projects and needs, thus enabling them to benefit from its reputation and expertise.
